Joint research grant competition of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation and the Italian National Research Council (CNR)

The aim of competition: Strengthening cooperation between scientists and scientific centers of Georgia and Italy, supporting the mobility of researchers of the two countries, financial support of joint research projects, strengthening of scientific research potential of Georgia, integration of scientific circles in the international scientific area, establishing new collaboration groups / networks.  

Competition provides grant funding to conduct:

  1. joint research projects;
  2. joint workshops.

Target group: higher educational institutions of Georgia and Italy, scientific research institutions, independent research centers and scientists working there.

Duration:  Duration of the grant project is 24 months according to the conditions of the joint scientific grants call of  the Italian National Center for Scientific Research  and the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation.
