Call for Research Internships aims at financing young scientists’ participation in practical scientific activities in international research-focused institutions, universities and centres abroad. It aims to support young scientists’ professional growth, to increase their qualifications and research skills, to share the experience of international research institutions and facilitate future collaboration prospects. Research Internships for Young Scientists enable individuals to engage in the implementation of research projects and gain skills using modern technologies.

Target group:  a citizen of Georgia, holders of PhD or equivalent academic degree awarded during past 7 years (before the call announcement).  Additionally, a resident of Georgia or a PhD student, conducting research in Georgian research institution or in an authorized higher educational institute.

Duration of internship:  2-8 months.
