International Black Sea University organizes The 12th Silk Road International Conference on May 19-20, 2017. Topic of the conference is “Contemporary Challenges of Democracy and Human Rights through Politics and Security”. The event is organized by International Black Sea University with Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Sokhumi State University, Ilia State University, Georgian Technical University and Akaki Tsereteli State University.
