Peer review database for experts interested in the Black Sea Region open for registration

The EU project BLACK SEA HORIZON (https://blacksea-horizon.eu/ ) like most of the INCO actions has a dual objective: it contributes to the policy dialogue between the EU and the target regions and it also implements a series of concrete activities to address the specific goals set in the call for proposals.

One concrete aim of the project is the establishment of a peer review database accessible for funding agencies of the Black Sea region as an important tool to enhance the capacity to conduct evaluations of scientific proposals in all scientific areas, to enhance the transparency of evaluation process conducted by experts, and to respond more effectively and flexibly to the growing workload, particularly in cases where very specialized, unexpected and urgent evaluations may be required.

In this regard a special access for interested peer reviewers from the Black Sea Region as well as from EU countries has been implemented within the Expert Database built by the German Project Management Agency of the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

Please enter the Black Sea section under  here.

You could participate in the evaluation of project proposals in different scientific field by registering under this link. Please read carefully the registration conditions under “how to register”.
