The goal of the program is the creation of a database on the scientific productivity, including information on implemented projects funded by the local and international donors over the last 20 years, publications, and existing research infrastructure of the research institutions operating as research entities under the Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education and Science (LEPL Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, LEPL Georgian Technical University, LEPL Ilia State University, LEPL Tbilisi State Medical University) and scientific-research institutions under the Ministry of Education and Science (LEPL Korneli Kekelidze National Centre of Manuscripts, LEPL Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine, LEPL George Eliava Institute of Bacteriophage, Microbiology and Virology, and Evgeny Kharadze Abastumani National Astrophysical Observatory) and ensuring public access to this database.
