The 12th Project final Steering Committee meeting was held in a hybrid format on the 21th of March

The meeting was opened with a welcome speech by the co-participant leader of the project, the general director of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia, Erekle Astakhishvili, who positively evaluated the path taken by the project and emphasized the results achieved by it in the last 3 years, which have already played a very important role in the Georgian scientific space and business To strengthen the connections between the sectors.

The meeting was attended by the project leader, Wolfgang Polt (Austria) and the leaders and experts of various project components; The representative of the EU delegation in Georgia, project manager, Nino Kochishvili. Kakha Khandolishvili, head of the Department of Strategic Planning and International Relations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, resident advisor of the project Ines Gavarane, representatives of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia also participated.

The European Union twinning project is funded by the European Commission, and the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia was the beneficiary organization of the project 2023.
