The Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia extends the registration of Georgian and international scientists in the experts' database of the Foundation. The database should be filled out in Georgian and in English. International experts are required to fill in only the English version.

According to the new legislation, initiated by the Parliament of Georgia (General Administrative Codex, Article 21, Item 7. Date of change: 16.06.2017), identities of the experts who take part in the peer review and evaluation process of scientific proposals submitted through a call for proposals, are confidential. According to the law on “Development of Science and Technology”, amended on 16^th of June, 2017, Article 51, Item 4, identities of the experts who partake in the evaluation process of the projects submitted through calls for proposals administered by a science foundation, are confidential. 

Please note, that experts will be selected according to their scientific productivity (c, h Index) and participation in international scientific events and conferences. During the selection of the experts, potential conflicts of interests will be considered as well.
