ORAU’s Vice President, Mr. Tony Lester’s visit to SRNSF
Tony Lester, the Vice President of Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) visited Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation on October 17, 2016.
ORAU provides innovative scientific and technical solutions to science funding agencies, through specialized teams of experts, unique laboratory capabilities and access to a consortium of more than 100 major research institutions.
It is noteworthy, that Memorandum of Understanding between ORAU and Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation in research cooperation was signed in February 2016. Successful partnership between SRNSF and ORAU is a guarantee of fair evaluation and selection of high quality research projects submitted for the Collaborative Research Project Call (compatriots call) 2016.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, and by approved grantees of Collaborative Research Project Call (compatriots call) 2016. Mr. Tony Lester delivered a presentation on collaboration between SRNSF and ORAU and further cooperation perspectives.
