On March 30, 2021, as part of the Twinning Project - ,,Supporting inter - Sectoral Collaboration Possibilities Between Research and Industry'', forth meeting of the Project Steering Committee was held in online format. Parties Discussed about the implementation process of international project as well as projects importance regarding to strengthen science - business links and modern challenges in science. 

The meeting was attended by the representatives of project implementation consortium, As well as the project leader from Georgia, Director General of SRNSFG Prof. Jaba Samushia, also representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the EU Delegation to Georgia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

The director General Jaba Samushia assessed the project implementation process and achieved outcomes. also emphasized ideas regarding future activities, which includes elaborating science internationalization strategy, modification and diversification of grant calls, strengthening links between industry and research. aforementioned outcomes are very important to country's social and economic advancement. Twinning Project ,, Supporting inter - Sectoral Collaboration Possibilities Between Research and Industry'' is funded by the European Commission and SRNSFG is the project beneficiary organization. The project aims at supporting Science and Business cooperation, diversification of research funding sources and promoting research commercialization in Georgia.
