On October 27-28, 2016, SRNSF organized training for the scientists of Georgian research institutions. The title of the training was ‘Navigating H2020 and its rules principles Opportunities and challenges for Georgian scientists’. The training was organized and delivered in line with the international standards and was held for the purpose of supporting the high class research development in Georgia and better integration of Georgian scientists into the world scientific network. The training was delivered by Abel Polese, the professor of Tallinn University.

The main areas of the training included General overview on Horizon 2020 opportunities, Differences and specificities of EU funding, ways of involvement in the international scientific networks.

After the training, the attendees will share the information and knowledge in the format of presentation or a working meeting with the colleagues at their institutions.
