SRNSFG announces the Call for “Targeted conference on Georgian studies”

Objects and scope of the Call:

  1. A) To organize high-level international conferences, congress, forums and symposia related to Georgian Studies with the participation of the wider society, popularization of research on Georgian Studies and submitting to International area;
  2. B) To develop Georgian Studies programme and dissemination of the research findings internationally;
  3. C) Sharing experience among the researchers of different generations and research centers;
  4. D) Encourage international cooperation;
  5. E) Support in involvement of young researchers in Georgian Studies programme.

 

In 2018 advantage will be given to interdisciplinary projects

Applications can be submitted in:

  • Kartvelology and any field of Georgian Studies;
  • Or reflecting specific topic: research regarding Georgian wine

Conference can be held from 1st of June, 2018 to 31st of October, 2019.

Requested funding from the Foundation should not exceed 40 000 GEL.

Calendar

  • Call Announcement: February 22, 2018;
  • Consultation meeting 1- March 12, 2018;
  • Consultation meeting 2- March 20, 2018;
  • Deadline for sending the questions: March 26, 2018;
  • Submitting the project proposals through the Grant Management Unified System, (GMUS): March 15-March 28, 16:00;
  • Providing the submitting documentation in the Foundation: March 29, 16:00.
  • Call results: April-May

Instruction regarding the electronic submission of the project proposals will be published on the website till March 15, 2018.

Individual consultation meetings will not be held!

Documentations provided later than the deadline will not be proceeded.

Individual consultations are not considered for holding!
