Within the framework of CALIPER project: Linking Research and Innovation for Gender Equality, Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia implemented significant structural changes. As result of previously elaborated Gender Equality Plan, that includes various planned activities targeting different areas of intervention, few GEP activities related to Human Resources and Institutional Governance areas were implemented. Particularly, the beginning of first iteration phase included activities such as, elaboration of the informational brochure/guide for recruited staff about gender equality, the development of exit questionnaire for staff, collecting gender disaggregated data at the institutional level and modification of existing job descriptions in the administration unit of SRNSFG, by adding targeted functions towards gender related issues in the organization. All of the activities were successfully implemented and in long-term perspective.
