Georgia Professional Development Mini-Scholarship Program
CRDF Global and the Georgian Research and Development Foundation (GRDF) are pleased to announce the Georgia Professional Development Mini-Scholarship Program, that provides an opportunity for the eligible Georgian biological scientists, researchers and experts, to apply for and receive the benefits of up to three memberships for the professional associations related to their field of employment/study. Eligible applicants include employees of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC), Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture (LMA), and the National Food Agency (NFA). Individuals currently enrolled in a graduate program (MD, MPH, MSc or PhD) focusing on epidemiology, biosafety, biosecurity, or infectious diseases in a Georgian university are also eligible to apply.
Selected applicants will be announced on a rolling basis starting in November 2016 and the competition may be open until 31 March, 2017, dependent upon the number of applications received.
