Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation announces information about Carl Friedrich Goerdeler's college of democratic governance. College will allow young leaders from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine to upgrade qualifications in democratic governance issues.
