On May 29, in hotel „Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi” was held 30^th meeting of European Academy of Children Disability. The slogan of congress is “together we are stronger”, in order to emphasize the meaning of reinforcing strengths between European and Georgian values.

In convivial opening ceremony participated presidents of  European Academy Of Children Disability and International Alliance Of Academies Of  Childhood Disabilities: professor Giovanni Cioni (Italy) and professor Hans Fossberg (Belgium), the president of 30^th annual meeting of EACD professor Nana Tatishvili (Georgia),  and deputy of  minister of Labour, Health & Social Affairs of Georgia Maia Lagvilava.

Main issues of the congress are how to discover childhood disability state causes, identification and evidence-based management. Format is interactive, it considers sharing of modernized management systems.

During conference on May 29^th , 7 instructional courses, 14 parallel sessions and 3 keynote lectures  were carried out, presented by professor Hans Fossberg (Sweden),  professor Federico Vigevano (Italy) and professor Rudolf Korinthenberg (Germany).

EACD2018 hosts up to 500 attendees from 45 different countries. The conference ends on 31^st May.
