According to the Agreement N02/44 2014 (Decree of the Government of Georgia N780) the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia provides access for the consortium consisting of 21 institutions to the following databases of the publishing company ELSEVIER: ScienceDirect, Scopus, Mendeley. The Agreement will be executed in December 2018. The foundation plans to evaluate collaboration efficiency and to interview target audience. The questionnaire consists of 17 questions, filling of which takes 8-10 minutes. Your participation is important to define significance of collaboration.
