At the second stage, an applicant will submit a statement for participation in the competition, electronic files containing project description and illustrative layout / model / or drawings (photos), (scanned versions of drawings are allowed to upload); professional biographies of the project manager and the relevant field scientist or supervisor (if any) (uploaded PDF file) to the following email address: leo@rustaveli.org.ge. - from May 10, 2016 until September 19, 2016, 16:00. 

Deadline for the second stage, submission of the statement of participation in the competition, documents containing project description and illustrative layout / model / or drawings (photos); professional biographies of the project manager and the relevant field scientist or supervisor (if any) at the Foundation Office - 22/09/2016 at 16:00. Deadline for the registration of the statement of participation and the illustration / model at the Regional Resource Center - 22/09/2016 at 16:00.

Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Project code will be allocated to each project that passed the second stage evaluation and will be sent via email to the candidate.

Candidate will print out the application for participation (Annex 3) and indicate project code: leo/…/…/16 and sign. Candidates must submit printed and signed documentation at the Foundation office or at Regional Resource Centers.

Project description text must not exceed 250 words: font - Sylfaen, size – 11, interval 1.5.

Competition commission will select the finalists not later than October 20, 2016.

Competition commission will announce the winners not later than November 11, 2016.
