The Rustaveli Foundation participated in the festive event dedicated to May 26
Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia took a part in the celebratory event commemorating Georgia's Independence Day, held in the city of Zugdidi. The Director-General of the Foundation, Teimuraz Dochviri, presented activities of the foundation to the First Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Giorgi Modebadze and Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia - Giorgi Jincharadze.
The winners of the grant call Leonardo da Vinci of young inventors and researchers, administered by the Rustaveli Foundation, young inventors (mentored by Uta Kilasonia), also, Giorgi Andiashvili, the coordinator of the winning innovative project in the targeted grant call for science popularization, presented their inventions and conducted demonstrational and entertaining experiments. Presentations of various successful projects were held with the active involvement of event participants and visitors.
Also, a cognitive quiz on science topics was conducted as part of the event. The winners were awarded with symbolic prizes and gifts.
