Members of the Caliper Working Group of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia participated in the training organized by the Gender Equality Academy on "Gender in Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Teaching Processes".

 The main objectives of the training included:

Identify the factors that determine gender preferences in STEM

Introduce and problematize gender bias in knowledge production and knowledge transfer

Sensitize on gender relevance in teaching method and interaction

Enhance self-reflection capacity to further identify gender biases in teaching methods, contents and evaluation and to tackle them
