European Heritage Awards Europa Nostra Awards 2021
Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia disseminates information about the European Heritage Awards/Europa Nostra Awards 2021 which aim to strengthen the capacity of the heritage sector in Europe by highlighting best practices, encouraging the cross-border exchange of knowledge and connecting various stakeholders in wider networks.
Entries for the European Heritage Awards/Europa Nostra Awards may be submitted from all countries that take part in the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union. The Award is focused to contribute to a stronger public recognition of cultural heritage as a strategic resource for Europe’s society and economy.
All winning entries will receive an award certificate as well as a wall plaque. The four winners of a Grand Prix (chosen from among the laureates of the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards) will receive a monetary award of €10,000. In addition, from among the submitted applications, two ILUCIDARE Special Prizes will also be awarded for excellence in heritage-led innovation and international relations.
Submissions are open and the deadline is 1 October 2020.
