IncoNet EaP Winter School

'Energy Efficiency: International Project Management – from Theory to Practice'

Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation (SRNSF) together with 18 organizations from EU and Eastern Partnership Countries participates in the project “STI International Cooperation Network for Eastern Partnership Countries” (IncoNet EaP), which was funded under the EU 7-th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (FP7).

The project aims to support the advancement of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) policy dialogue between the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries, with an explicit focus on the Societal Challenges that have been identified to be of mutual interest for the two regions, namely Climate Change, Energy and Health.

In the context of IncoNet Eap , the Winter School on 'Energy Efficiency: International Project Management – from Theory to Practice' will be held between 21-25 November 2016 in Vienna under the organisation of Centre of Social Innovation (ZSI).

The Centre of Social Innovation (ZSI) has identified the four Georgian participants for the IncoNet EaP Winter School:

  • Mrs. Nino Maghradze
  • Mrs. Nino Nikoleishvili
  • Mr. Luka Adikashvili
  • Mr. Giorgi Mukhigulishvili

The target group of the Winter School are early-stage researchers and research project managers from EaP Countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine), EU Member States and Associated Countries, who are active in the field of 'energy efficiency' who are interested in participating in Horizon 2020 Programme.

The main focus of the winter school will be on providing the participants with insights about H2020 funding opportunities, proposal writing and international project management.

Costs for accommodation (incl. breakfasts) for the whole week and two common dinners will be covered by ZSI, while SRNSF will provide funds for their travel to Vienna through the IncoNet EaP budget allocated to SRNSF.
