“Theoretical research of vulnerable infrastructure security risk during formation of predictable disasters“

On 24 February, 2022 in the Tsotne Mirtskhulava Water Management Institute of Georgian Technical University in the framework of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia, Grant Project №FR 17_615 “Theoretical research of vulnerable infrastructure security risk during formation of predictable disasters“ held online meeting with foreign scientific consultant, PhD, Professor of Maryland University (USA) Bilal M. Ayyub (Professor and Director Center for Technology and Systems Management Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering University of Maryland).

The principal investigator of the project (prof. Givi Gavardashvili), project coordinator (Assoc. Prof. Tamriko Supatashvili) and performer (Assoc. Prof. Konstantine Bziava) presented information about implemented scientific-research activities, which were evaluated with high range by foreign consultant. Discussion is also focused at the importance of project internationality and future cooperation plans have been highlighted.

Representative of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation was attended above mentioned event.
