Awarding of the Winners of the Rustaveli Foundation’s Scholarship Call for Young Scientists
The award ceremony for the winners of the 2024 Rustaveli Foundation Scholarship Call for Young Scientists was held in the Rustaveli Foundation’s conference hall.
The Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Ana Mghebrishvili, and the Director General of the Rustaveli National Science Foundation, Teimuraz Dochviri, presented special prizes and certificates to the winners of the call, congratulated them on their success, and wished them continued achievements in their scientific endeavors. It was noted that supporting young researchers and increasing their motivation is one of the priority directions for the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth and the Rustaveli National Science Foundation.
For the popularization of Science, the aim of the call is to encourage young scientists who are engaged in scientific research activities at Georgian scientific-research institutes or accredited higher education institutions, promoting their professional development. A young scientist is awarded a scholarship for their scientific achievements and successful activities over the three years preceding the call announcement. The winners of the call receive a monthly scholarship for one year.
