Winners of joint programme between SRNSFG and Jülich centre (Forschungszentrum Jülich) successfully completed grant and got their Master’s and PhD degrees.

Winner of 2014 grant call;
Student of Georgian Technical University (GTU);
PhD programme –Engineering Physics. Thesis: Developing new methods for researching traumatic injuries of encephalon.
PIs: GTU Prof. Ketevan Kotetishvili, Jülich – Director General of neuro-medicine and medicine institute, Prof. Dr. N. J. Shah.
Became PhD of Engineering Physics’. Currently working in Jülich from 2015.
- Ana Gogishvili
Winner of 2017 grant call;
Student of Georgian Technical University (GTU);
Active MA student of Medical Physics Programme. Thesis: Development and Applications of Novel Diffusion MRI Biomarkers in Neurology.
PIs: GTU Prof. Ketevan Kotetishvili, Jülich – Director General of neuro-medicine and medicine institute, Prof. Dr. N. J. Shah.
Became MA of Physics.
Currently working in Jülich from February 2018.
During 2014-2017 did internship 4 times in Jülich Research Centre.
It is noteworthy, that in the frames of the programme, Georgian students are supported to visit world’s leading research centre and proceed their projects in compliance with international standards. Grant provided by foundation and Jülich gives MA and Phd students opportunity, to conduct research connected to their MA or PhD thesis, during internship and to establish long-term cooperation with scientists from Jülich centre and other German scientific centres and universities.
