On June 10, The director General of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia participated in the Global Forum, organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Apart from SRNSFG, from Georgia, the forum was also attended by Director General of Research institute of China Studies – Mr. Jemal Putkaradze and the Rector of Tbilisi Open University – Mr. Giorgi Amliakhvari.

The final part of the meeting was dedicated to the panel discussion. As part of the Pannel: ,,Public Health - A New Priority to Global Governance"  The Director General of SRNSFG, Mr. Gabisonia addressed audience and discussed about the main challenges and issues in Georgia, regarding the dissemination of the COVID – 19.  Mr. Gabisonia reviewed governmental regulations, actions and the work of the organizations in the field of Science and Education. He also expressed the readiness towards future collaboration perspectives with attending scientific organizations and underlined the active communication in this regard with the Ambassador of Peoples Republic of China in Tbilisi,  H.E Li Yan, in order to establish scientific and research collaboration schemes between China and Georgia.
