On the 26-th of July, meeting was held in the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation with the consortium representatives of Georgian institutions. Participants discussed conditions of collaboration with Clarivate Analytics. The company gathers and analyses data in the field of science and innovation. In the basis of Clarivate Analytics following information can be found: scientific and academic research, patent analytics and regulatory standards, trademark protection, intellectual property management, etc. In addition, Clarivate Analytics owns one of the leading international online publishing companies Web of Science, which unites the newest scientific literature, articles, books, etc, as well as material from the past century (1990-2017).

The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation jointly lead negotiations with Clarivate Analytics, in order to make access to several products of the company possible for the consortium members. The consortium consists of:
