The Director General of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia, Teimuraz Dochviri, held a working meeting with Philippe Truquet, Director of the French Institute in Georgia, and Béatrice Khaiat, Deputy Director General of Campus France.

The meeting focused on opportunities to further strengthen the existing partnership and to advance joint educational and research initiatives, including the expansion of the research internship programme.

Discussions also addressed key priorities such as the mobility of early-career researchers, the development of joint grant schemes, and the promotion of bilateral research projects.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue and deepen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The meeting was also attended by Lisa Barrier, Attaché for University and Scientific Cooperation, and Natia Mskhaladze, Campus France Representative, Coordinator in Georgia.
