Aim of the Call:
a) supporting Georgian Science Internationalization and Georgian scientists’ participation in the EU framework programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon 2020”;
b) supporting Georgian scientists’ participation in the high quality international scientific projects, events and international consortia building;
c) supporting enhancement of the international scientific project proposal writing opportunities for Georgian scientists.
The call includes three sub-directions (lots):
I - Preparatory grant for Georgian scientists’ participation in the EU framework programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon 2020” (Project maximum budget: 25 000 GEL);
II – Grant for organizing a large-scale brokerage event (Project maximum budget: 60 000 GEL);
III - Mobility grant for Georgian scientists’ participation in a large-scale brokerage event abroad (Project Maximum budget: 2000 EUR equivalent in GEL).

- 15 March, 2018 - Call announcement;
- 12 April, 20 April, 2018 - Group consultations;
- 25 April, 2018 – deadline for sending the questions electronically;
- 11 April – 30 April, 16:00 – dates for electronic registration in the Grants Management Unified System (GMUS);
- 3 May, 16:00 – deadline for providing the application document at the SRNSFG office;
- May-June, 2018 – technical expertise of the submitted projects;
- May - June, 2018 – evaluation of the submitted projects;
- June, 2018 – publishing the results;
- June, 2018 – signing the grant agreement.
