ახალი ფიზიკის სიგნალის ძიება ATLAS ექსპერიმენტზე
2012 წლის საზღვარგარეთ მოღვაწე თანამემამულე მეცნიერთა სახელმწიფო სამეცნიერო საგრანტო კონკურსში გაიმარჯვა პროექტმა N 13/03: ახალი ფიზიკის სიგნალის ძიება ATLAS ექსპერიმენტზე, ცერნის ასოცირებული წევრი და ატლას ექსპერიმენტის ტაილ კალორიმეტრის მომსახურეობის ჯგუფის ხელმძღვანელმა, ირაკლი მინაშვილის ხელმძღვანელობით.
პროექტის შედეგი და ეფექტი: 1)ATLAS დანადგარის ტაილ ადრონულ კალორიმეტრზე არსებული დეტექტორის კონტროლის სისტემა საშუალებას იძლევა მუდმივი კონტროლის ქვეშ ვიყოლიოთ დანადგარის 20000 მეტი მნიშვნელოვალი პარამეტრი.
2)ტაილ კალორიმეტრის 180 გევ ენერგიის მქონე მიონების მიმართ გამოძახილის ფსევდო სისწრაფეზე (η) და სინათლის გამოსავალზე დამოკიდებულების შესწავლით დადგენილ იქნა, რომ, ლანდაუ-გაუს ფუნქცია გაცილებით უკეთ აღწერს მიონების სიგნალს ვიდრე მოელის ფუნქცია.
3) ტოპ კვარკის იშვიათი დაშლის შესწავლის შედეგად მიღებული იქნა ზედა საზღვრები. პროცესის ადრონული მოდა არ იქნა დამზერილი.დამზერილ ზღვარი 95% დამაჯერებლობის ხარისხით t → qZ პროცესის ფარდობითი ალბათობისათვის შერჩევის კინემატიკური კრიტერიუმების თანმიმდევრულად დადების მეთოდის გამოყენებით შეადგენს , ხოლო ალბათური ანალიზის მეთოდის საშუალებიოთ შეფასებული .
4) მძიმე კვარკების და ლეპტონების იშვიათი დაშლების თეორიულად კვლევის შედეგად მივიღეთ, რომ მინი შავი ხვრელებით ინდუცირებული ლეპტონების იშვიათი დაშლების ალბათობები შესადარია თანამედროვე ექსპერიმენტულ შეზღუდვებთან.
5)პროექტის განხორციელების პერიოდში ახალგაზრდა მონაწილეების მიერ შესრულებული იქნა სამი სადიპლომო ნაშრომი (ერთი სამაგისტრო და ორი საბაკალავრო) და ორი მონაწილე გახდა დოქტორანტი.
6) პროექტის ახალგაზრდა მონაწილემ ა.დურგლიშვილმა წარმატებით შეასრულა საკვალიფიკაციო დავალება და გახდა ATLAS კოლაბორაციის სრულუფლებიანი წევრი.
7) პროექტის ფარგლებში საგრანტო პროექტის ფარგლებში მიღებული შედეგები წარდგინდა 44 საერთაშორისო კონფერენციაზე და შედეგები გამოქვეყნდა კონფერენციების მასალებში. გამოქვეყნდა 43 პუბლიკაცია საერთაშორისო რეფერირებად მაღალრეიტინგულ ჟურნალში.
